LIME’s unique factor is that whoever you are calling and texting using LIME do not need to be a LIME user. As long as the receiver has a normal Mongolian number. This, for example, makes it convenient for you to be connected to your grandparents living in the countryside when living abroad. You can even make international calls as well using
LIME.
You can install and use LIME on any smartphones that are either iOS 11.0 and higher or Android 5.0 and higher.

You can use your phone’s mobile data or Wi-Fi connection to use LIME. Any operator’s data service will work.
It’s free to text, send photos and make video calls between LIME users, as long as you have an Internet connection. To other Mongolian numbers, calls cost 40₮/min while texts cost 15₮
All new numbers will have 90 days of use and if you haven’t extended that period for 30 days after the expiration date, the number will be deleted and will go back into circulation. Also, you can completely delete your account in your profile settings. If you have deleted your account, credits and bundles cannot be reinstated or refunded.
How to search using the directory?
If you want to use the directory’s “Near me” feature, you need to have enabled your phone’s location service. In the “Near me” section, it will show you the nearest restaurants, banks, government offices etc. You can also use the search function to find whatever place you need.
You can find the option to make your number anonymous by entering your profile settings and then entering call setting. This option only appliles to calls and not texts
You can forward calls coming to your LIME 72 number to your Mongolian number either when a call is dropped or at all times. You can save your number in the Call Forward option which can be found by entering your profile settings and then entering call settings. When a call is forwarded, a call fee will be deducted from your credits.
You can make a video call with other LIME users by dialing their numbers and pressing the video call button.
You can find the options for bundles and credits by pressing either Purchase Bundle or Purchase Credits button which can be found on the home screen of the app.
You can find the Do not disturb option by entering your profile settings and then entering call settings.
To change your registered number, you must first verify your documents in the Level Up section of your profile settings and have your LIME 72 number registered under your name. By doing so, you will be able to change your registered number in the Personal information section.
You can use LIME if you are 16 or older. If you are younger, you can use it with your parent or guardian’s permission.
